Here's an image of Nicole feasting on Edamame. Edamame is a green vegetable more commonly known as a soybean, harvested at the peak of ripening right before it reaches the "hardening" time. The word Edamame means "Beans on Branches," and it grows in clusters on bushy branches. In East Asia, the soybean has been used for over two thousand years as a major source of protein.

But did you know that even though it's been widely used in East Asia, the top 3 producers are US, Brazil, and Argentina. Good stuff Sherwin!

I did not know that Jay. Do they prepare their Edamame the same way as well?
