Dealing with a Break Up

Dealing with a break up can be hard to do. It is especially hard to let go of unresolved anger that you have for your ex-partner. There are many ways to effectively deal with your pent up frustrations. And although you might think that taking your anger out on a punching bag (instead of your ex-partner's face) is an effective way to deal with the matter, many experts on anger management don't feel the same way. They believe that it is counter productive!
